MARA collects contact and booking data to process test drives, reservations, partner applications, payments, customer support and operational follow-up.

Data We Process

• Name, email, mobile phone, country and message content.
• Test-drive date, time slot and driving-license details where required.
• Payment status and Stripe checkout identifiers.
• CRM lead status and operational notes.

Purpose

We use this data to create CRM leads, reserve test-drive slots, process payments through Stripe, send confirmations and coordinate vehicle handover or business-package follow-up.

Processors

We may use Stripe, Cloudflare, EspoCRM, email and WhatsApp providers, and calendar or operations systems to deliver the service.

Retention

Lead and booking data is retained as long as needed for customer communication, accounting, legal compliance and operational records.
